This tour will show you the basics of
controlling audio with SoundSource.

Control your Mac’s Output, Input, and Sound Effects settings from the menu bar. You may never need the “Sound” System Settings again!

SoundSource also lets you control audio from individual apps on your Mac. Use volume controls to set one application louder than others, or mute bothersome apps entirely.
